摘要
以抗坏血酸、氯化亚锡、亚硫酸钠与对苯二酚 3组不同还原剂对磷标样进行了比较实验 ,发现亚硫酸钠与对苯二酚作为还原剂具有良好的选择性 ,据此建立了测定痕量磷的新方法。该法灵敏度高 ,聚合物中的常见离子不干扰痕量磷的测定。在硫酸介质中 ,蓝色配合物在 710nm处有最大吸收 ,磷含量在 0~ 5 0 μg范围内服从比耳定律 ,检测限可达 3.2 8× 10 -2 μg·mL-1。常温下 ,蓝色配合物至少可稳定 2 4h。
Vitamin C、stannous Chloride、Sodium sulfite and hydroquinone are used as reducing agents to make comparing test to the samples of phosphorus.The results show that Sodium sulfite and hydroquinone has good selectivity.According to this,a new method for the determination of trace phosphorus is established.The method has good precision and can not be disturbed by some familiar ions in polymer.The blue complex phosphorus content,in the presence of sulfate acid gives maximum absorption at 710 nm.Beer's law is followed well in the range of 0~50 μg,The determination limit is 3.28×10 -2 μg·ml -1 .At the room temperature,complex can keep stability in 24 h at least.
