摘要
本文通过对氯乙醇和二甲胺的反应机理及动力学研究 ,针对以前生产过程中由于连串副反应导致收率低 ,提纯难的缺陷 ,依据有机概念图理论 ,提出了以屏蔽技术生产二甲基乙醇胺合成路线。通过对二甲胺与氯乙醇反应过程中各影响因素的探讨 ,确定了较为合适的生产工艺条件。在该工艺条件下 ,二甲基乙醇胺的收率远高于文献中提供的数据 (70 % ) ,达到 90 %
Aimed at the defaults of low yield and difficult purification for consecutive side reaction,after studying the reaction mechanism and dynamics of p -chlorthyl alcohol and dimethylamine,according to the theory of the organic concept figure,the synthesis procedure of DMEA by the shielding technique was put forward.The proper production conditions were established by discussing the influencing factors.And in the optimal conditons the yield of DMEA could reach 90% which was far surpass the diplomatic value(70%).
