摘要
针对目前注塑产品多品种、短周期、中小批量、系列化的要求以及注塑模设计与制造过程的自动化、智能化、信息化和绿色化等发展方向 ,基于Unigraphics软件的二次开发平台 ,发展了基于知识的注塑模结构设计CAD系统———KIMDS(Knowledge basedInjectionMoldDesignSystem)。研究并提出了该系统的整体结构框架。
A knowledge-based injection mould designing systemKIMDSis presented under the environment of Unigraphics,and its overall architecture was set up,the partition of functional modules of the system was finished based on the software engineering technology.Meanwhile,the data management between the KIMDS and Unigraphics platform was investigated,and the data transfer mechanism and the data flow between them were established.
