Theoretical Analysis of Advantages and Disadvantages of Serial Technology on Rolled Circular Thread Splicing

本文介绍了滚轧直螺纹连接技术的优势,并重点论述了其技术缺陷,包括螺牙磨损后力学性能下降;粘结强度降低;易锈蚀;易碳化和防火性能较差等。目的是促进我国等强度连接件技术的不断发展和完善。

Along with application of bars of HRB400, technology of rolled circular thread splicing is applied widely. But people's knowledge about the tec hnology is very limited. In this article, authors introduce advantages about the technology. On the other hand, disadvantages, including poor mechanical propert ies after wear, decreasing of cohesion, poor rust resistance, easy carbonation o f fresh concrete, and poor fire resistance, are emphasized at the same time. Hop ing that the contents in the article can develop and optimize the technology of rolled circular thread splicing.
