摘要
厦门艺术剧院抗震加固及维修改造工程是厦门市一项重要的文化设施改造工程。本文结合工程特点,从检测、鉴定、设计和施工等方面入手,加强工程管理,要求各方密切配合、严格把关,保证了工程质量,并按时竣工。该工程的顺利实施为厦门市今后此类项目的改造提供了经验。
Seismic strengthening & renovation construction of XIAMEN Art Theater is an important cultural facility renovation project of Xiamen City. Good quality and completion on schedule were achieved with effective management and strict supervision from the aspects of test, appraisal, design and construction. The success of this project provides other similar projects in Xiamen City with very helpful experiences.
