结膜囊消毒方法的比较

Comparation of three disinfection methods of conjunctiva sac

目的 :探讨眼科手术中清洁消毒结膜囊的方法 ,并比较冲洗术眼结膜囊 3种方法的疗效。方法 :施行眼科手术患者 180例 ,术前采用 3种不同的方法冲洗结膜囊 ,观察反应和分析微生物采样报告。结果 :B、C两组(碘伏 )的杀菌效果明显高于A组 (呋喃西林 ) ;B组不良反应显著高于其他两组 ,说明单纯碘伏点眼易导致不良反应。结论 :使用碘伏点眼 3min后用灭菌生理盐水冲洗清洁消毒结膜囊 ,既可保证消毒效果 。

Objective:To explore best conjunctiva sac disinfection method during occular operation and compare three disinfection method.Method:180 cases had received three disinfection methods upon conjunctioa sac,and observed for reaction,microrganism sample.Result:Group B and C who received iodophor as disinfection method show better disinfection effect than group A who used furocin as disinfection method.Group B show the most side effects than the others.Conclusion:After use of iodophor on conjunctiva(3 minutes).Aseptic normal saline can promise satisfactory disinfection effect and reduce side effects.
