深循环用铅钙合金板栅极板的固化

摘要 铅镉合金用于深循环铅蓄电池有一定的优势,但铅、镉毒性强,严重污染环境,发达国家已停止使用;认为铅钙合金只要适当提高锡含量,采用有针对性的特定固化工艺,改善板栅—活性物质界面的导电性,提高活性物质与板栅的粘附力,完全可以满足电池深循环长寿命的需要。 Pb-Cd alloys used in deep cycle lead-acid batteries have certain advatages. On the other hand, lead and cadmium are harmful to the environments, and the developed countries have stopped using them. It is believed that the adoption of Pb-Cd alloys as grids for the deep cycle lead-acid batteries are improper. Special solidification processes of plates with Pb-Ca alloy grids were introduced briefly. The Pb-Ca alloy grids with 1. 0% - 1. 5% Sn and adoption of high temperature, high humidity solidification processes can improve the interface conductivity between grids and active materials, as well as enhance the adhesion of grids with active materials. The practices showed that the Pb-Ca alloy grids can meet the requirements of long cycle life for lead-acid battery at the deep discharging condition.
