随着医改、药改的推出及中国加入WTO,医疗市场出现了激烈的竞争,医院的生存和发展面临严峻的考验。本文分析了目前医疗服务的7个问题和现状,提出了医院经营管理体制应建立和培植以需方为主导的买方市场、建立医院法人治理结构、健全医院经营管理运行机制及医疗市场监管体制。坚持市场信息的真实披露、放开医疗市场价格体系等对策来适应医疗市场的变化。
A long with medical service reform and drug service reform as well as China's entry to WTO, there is a heating competitionin medical care market, the survival and development of hospitals face a severe test.
