SLIQ算法在农户服务系统中的应用

摘要 国家高科技发展计划课题《农业病虫害网络化远程诊断技术平台》建立了基于呼叫中心的农户服务系统,解决了传统专家系统的实用化问题。为找出农户急需解决的需求,利用SLIQ(SupervisedLearningInQuest)算法对农户需求进行分类,把农户需求分为重点需求、一般需求和监控需求,并针对各种类型的问题进行统计和预测,将农户最关心的需求问题及时补充到专家系统中。 To solve the problem in application of expert system, the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China ('863 Program'for short) set up the project named'the long-distance diagnosis platform of plant diseases and insect pests based on network ' in 2002, and developed a service system for farmers based on call center.The demands of farmers are classified into urgent demand,general demand and anticipated demand based on SLIQ algorithm to find out the urgent need of farmer and help to complement the expert system with new information.
