企业“培训部”向“学习与发展中心”的转变 被引量:1

摘要 企业的培训工作可以分为3个阶段,即"以课程为中心"、"以问题为中心"和"以人为中心"。前2个阶段是"培训部"工作的主要内容,第3个阶段则是"学习与发展中心"工作的主要内容。学习与发展中心的核心工作有2个:关键岗位的关键人才培养;企业核心知识的管理和传承。学习与发展中心的组织架构由3种角色组成:策划管理者,内部顾问,运作支持者。学习与发展中心的3大功能是:员工职业发展规划;动态的知识管理;企业文化塑造。 There are three stages of training in enterpoises, including 'programme-oriented stage','problem-oriented stage' and 'people-oriented stage'. Whereas Training Department is involved in the first two stages, it focuses on skills necessary for current work of employees. In fact,the purposes of training are more than they were in the past. Learning & Development Center focusing on the third stage engages in the long-term training aiming to develop current or future employees for future work.It's core tasks are development of key person in key position and management of knowledge. Learning & Development Center is structured by three roles including Planning Manager, Inner Consultant and Operating Supporter.The three main functions of the Center are career development planning, dynamic knowledge management and organizational culture shaping.
