合并后的烧结厂在人员、机构、生产、管理、技术等方面都发生了很大的变化,面对这种变化,烧结厂干部职工经过不懈努力,完成了生产线改造、机构人员重组,实现了扁平化管理。
Great changes have taken place in personnel, framework, production, management, technology after uniting in Sinter Plant. Facing this change, the cadres and workers have completed not only revamping of the production lines but also the personnel’ s recombination through their persisting efforts and have realized flat management.
