Research on Rotation Speed Measurement Technology of Engine Analyzer

探讨了发动机分析仪转速的测量方法及其误差。由于转速信号采集频率低,当发动机稳定运转时,所测转速精度能够满足工作要求,但在发动机加、减速运转时,转速误差较大。

The rotation speed measurement and errors of the engine analyzer are discussed in the paper. As a result of the low collection frequency of rotation speed signal, It occurs that the measurement accuracy of the rotate speed can fulfil the requirements of the works when the engine runs stably, whereas when the engine speeds up or speeds down, the errors of rotate speed is more serious.
