摘要
本文提出了当前城市轨道交通项目筹划设计、施工建设过程中普遍存在的一些问题,并进行了探讨分析,阐述了城市、地方经济等与轨道项目建设互动共建的关系,以及项目的规划与实施、投融资与成本控制等方面的个人认识。
This paper discusses and analyzes some problems in design and construction ot urban rail transit at present,demonstrates the relationship of interaction between urban economy,local economy and construction of urban rail transit,presents the individual ideas about the program,implementation,investment,financial leasing and cost control for constuction of urban rail transit.
