摘要
传统的焦炭熔铝炉已不能适应现代微电机制造企业的生产要求。本文介绍的300 kg电气熔解保温炉采用轻质保温砖与硅酸铝纤维毡作保温层,炉壳表面温度低、热效率高;电器控制系统采用三态恒温控制电路,炉温调控方便、可靠、精度高。该炉与机械手、专用电机转子铸铝压铸机相匹配用于微电机转子铸铝生产,不仅提高了产品质量,改善了工人的劳动环境,而且其半自动化生产工艺带来的高生产率也为该企业创造了丰厚的利润。
The traditional coke furnace can not meet with the requirement of modern micro-electrical machinery manufacture. This passage introduces a new type furnace-300kg electric dissolving heat-insolated furnace, which uses light heat-preserved bricks and sodium silicate fabric rag to preserve heat, so that the surface temperature is low and the efficiency is high. In addition, the electric control system uses three states-controlled constant temperature circuit, which is convenient, reliable and accurate. During producing casting rotor, the casting device the group of electric dissolving heat-insulated furnace, manipulator and special rotor casting machine work together, which improves the quality, the working condition and partial automatic production brings the enterprises rich profits.
