摘要
工程代建制是一种比较先进和成熟的项目法人运作模式。本文简述了我国目前对政府投资项目积极推行代建制的发展趋势,介绍了铁路建设项目管理现行的三种管理模式及试行代建制情况.并分析了代建制在摸索、起步阶段中尚需完善的内容。
Representative construction system is an advanced and mature operation model by project legal person. This paper describes three management models and their features of representatives construction system in railway construction management in accordance with the development trend of representative construction system for the railway construction project invested by the government in China, analyses the problems in representative construction system at early stage in China.
