调节气机升降为主治疗高血压病的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of hypertension by regulation of functional activities

目的 :研究调节气机方对高血压病的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机、单盲、阳性药物对照方法 ,将 72例患者随机分为中药治疗组 36例 ,予调节气机升降中药口服 ,对照组 36例 ,予卡托普利口服 ,观察两组的血压 ,中医症状积分、血脂情况。结果 :两组均可以明显降低高血压病患者血压 ;中药组还使高血压病患者的临床症状及血脂紊乱状态明显改善。结论 :以调节气机升降为主的方药能降低高血压病患者的血压 ,改善症状 。

Objective :To study the clinical effect on patients of hypertension by prescription for regulation of functional activities. Methods :By random and blind selection and positive drugs method,72 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into two groups of 36 each,one as the treated group treated with Chinese traditional medicine taken orally to regulate the functional activities,one as the control group treated with Captopril and then observation is made on the blood pressure,symptom integral and blood fat of the two groups. Result :Obvious drop in blood pressure of the two groups of patients of hypertension is observed,but the clinical symptom and blood fat turbulence of the group treated with Chinese traditional medicine have been obviously improved. Conclusions :The prescription with the main role of regulation of functional activities can reduce the blood pressure,improve the symptom and regulate the blood fat of patients with hypertension.
