摘要
本文运用真空微电子同轴腔放大器的等效电路,得到放大器增益与频率、工作电压和工作电流、工作频率的解析式关系.经计算比较,它们与Lally等一维等离子流体物理模型是一致的.对解析式的进一步讨论表明,它可以成为整管设计,参量选择及实验调整的理论依据.
By using the equivalent circuit ro vacuum microelectronic coaxial cavity amplifier, the analytical relations between the gain and the frequency, and the operating voltage, and the operating current, are obtained. After the comparison with Laeey's results, it is shown that the analytical expressions could be adopted in designing tube and selecting parameters.
