摘要
应用模糊数学建立了教师业绩的模糊综合评价的模型,构建了教师业绩综合评价的指标体系,介绍了如何应用层次分析法确定指标的权重,为教师业绩评价提供了一种科学可行的方法.
To get a scientific and reasonable evaluation of teacher's performance the model of teacher's performance comprehensive evaluation by applying fuzzy mathematics is formed. The index system of teacher's performance comprehensive evaluation is constructed. Application of analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of index is introduced.A scientific and feasible method is provide to evaluate the teacher's performance.
