摘要
利用高等数学的导数与微分,分析旋切过程中工作后角αw在不同装刀高度h下的变化规律。当h=0或h>-a时,αw随着木段直径的减小而变小;当h=-a时,αw不随木段直径的变化而改变;当h<-a时,αw随着木段直径的减小而变大。
The variation of working clearance angle of knife was mathematically analyzed during rotary veneer cutting. It wasrealized that the working clearance angle of knife had different variations when the knife-setup-height h was changed. Theregularity of the variations was summarized as follows: (1) At h=0 or h>-a,the working clearance angle was decreased as thelog diameter reduces. (2)At h=-a,the working clearance angle did not change with the log diameter. (3)At h<-a, the workingclearance angle was increased as the log diameter reduces.
