According to the technical specification of the highway maintainance.The investigation contents and methods of the used conditions for the old cement concrete pavement are discussed.The more useful and more comprehensive appraisal index and standard of the used property for the old cement concrete pavement are presented.The actual thickness calculation methods of the asphalt adding paving course are analyzed.And the design measures to prevent the producing reflection crack are discussed.
