电力市场环境下电网日发电计划的电量经济分配策略 被引量:32

ECONOMICALLY DISTRIBUTING STRATEGES FOR DAILY GENERATION SCHEDULING IN A POWER SYSTEM UNDER POWER MARKET ENVIROMENT

摘要 电力市场环境下,电网公司在进行购电交易时,要考虑各发电公司申报的上网电价,同时还要兼顾与发电公司原有的购售电合约。因此,需要对预测发电量进行合约电量和竞价电量的经济分配,这样既可以使发电方得到保护,又可以使电网公司利益最大化,更有利于电力市场的稳定发展和电网安全运行。为此,该文建立了预测交易日的48个交易时段经济分配日合约交易量和竞价交易量的数学模型。同时,为使求解过程简单易行可靠,又给出恰当的简化模型,并用线性规划和逐步淘汰相结合的方法对该模型进行求解。基于Matlab6.1的仿真算例分析表明,文中所述的经济分配方法更为简单合理。 In power market environment, before the electrical transaction, the power companies not only consider the bids of power plants, but also pay attention to the original purchase contract with the original power plants. And therefore, it is important to coordinate the volume between the contract and the competitive bids, that could protect the benefit of power plants while make the profit of power companies maximum. Morever, that benefit the development of power market steadily and that of power system securely. Aiming at this, the paper puts forward a new model for the economically portion strateges between the competitive bids and the purchase contract. At the same time, a simplized model is taken for the seeking process. The Linear Programming and approach based on phase-out were used to solve the model, and the process become simple and credible. The analysis of case based on Matlab6.1 proves this approach is simpler and more reasonable.
