摘要 介绍了金黄色葡萄球菌致病因子检测的聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)方法 ,已取得的成果和存在的问题 ,这些方法也同样适用于其它致病菌的检测。 PCR had been described emphatically for the detection of staphylococcus aureus pathogenetic factor,especially for its development and some problems in use.These methods can be used for detection of other bacterial pathogens.
