摘要
对利用失电残余电压诊断异步电机转子绕组故障进行研究。首先,对电机失电后定子残余电压进行分析,讨论了定子失电残余电压的产生、性质;其次,分析了完好电机和转子绕组故障电机定子失电残余电压的谐波成分;最后,通过仿真计算与实测研究,验证了理论分析的正确性和基于失电残余电压的电机转子绕组故障诊断方法的可行性。
This paper focus on diagnosing rotor winding faults in asynchronous motors by residual voltage after AC dump. First, through analyzing the reason of residual voltage, its properties were discussed. Then, the harmonics in the stator winding of residual voltages were compared between healthy and unhealthy motor. Finally, residual voltage can be used in rotor winding faults diagnosis was testified by simulating calculation and experiment.
