摘要
提出一种适用于高压电网的具有旁路电感的新型固态故障限流器,分析了新型固态故障限流器的工作机理,给出了在各种短路故障情况下的控制策略,并对其进行仿真研究。理论分析和仿真结果及试验表明,系统正常运行时,限流器对电力系统没有明显的影响;故障一旦发生,立刻控制桥路,尽快关闭桥路使桥路退出故障回路的运行,同时旁路电感立刻插入线路进行限流,不会引起附加振荡和过电压,控制方法简单,新型固态限流器具有良好特性,是电力系统中有前途的保护设备。
A novel solid state Fault Current Limiter (FCL) with bypass reactor for high-voltage electric network is presented. The operating principle and control strategies of the new FCL are discussed. The FCL integration with the electric network has been simulated using simulation package PSIM. It is shown that in normal operation condition the limiter has no obvious effect on loads. When fault happens, the bypass reactor will insert into fault line automatically without delay to limit the short circuit current. By appropriate control strategies, the solid state bridge will retreat from the fault line as soon as possible. There is no oscillation as well as overvoltage excited by the limiter when the fault current is switched off. The control mode is simple and facile. The proposed system is simulated and experimentally tested, which proved that the theoretical expectation and current limiting performance is satisfactory for practical use.
