Extracting of flavone from Rabdosiea Serrae Hara and its effects on scavenging of hydroxyl radicals

通过醇提法正交实验 ,得出提取溪黄草中黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺条件是 :浓度为 5 0 %的乙醇 ,回流时间为3h ,料液比 1∶10。该提取液对Fenton体系产生的·OH自由基有很好的清除作用。

The extracting of the flavone compounds from Rabdosiea Serrae Hara was studied by the orthogonal design test.The results showed that the optimum technical conditions were the volume 1∶10, ethanol concentration 50% and heating extracting time 3 h.The effect of extracts on Rabdosied Serrae Hara scavenging of hydroxyl radicals was studied.
