摘要
叶轮是潜水搅拌器的重要部件,它的动态特性影响着潜水搅拌器的主要特性:动力性、振动与噪声、经济性等;本文结合实验模态分析和有限元理论计算对叶轮的动态特性进行研究,对两者结果进行分析,在得出两者存在强相关性基础上,给出了基于动态特性的叶轮结构改进方式。
Impeller is one of the key components of submarine stirring impeller. Its dynamic character-istics have a great impact on the later, key characteristics: dynamics, vibration and noise,economics, etc. the paper brings focus on the study of a kind of impeller, dynamic charac-teristics with the combination of experimental modal testing theory and finite element theory.After having the conclusion of the two methods having a consistent relationship, the paperproposes a method of improvement design of submarine impeller basing on dynamic char-acteristics optimization..
