摘要
目的 研究唇腭裂的遗传及环境致病因素的作用。方法 对 384例唇腭裂患者的临床资料进行详细的调查分析。结果 单纯唇裂 78例 ,单纯腭裂 10 2例 ,合并唇腭裂 2 0 4例。有遗传史者 30例 ,有服药史者 (孕早期 ) 132例 ,男性∶女性为1.5 6∶1。结论 唇腭例的病因是复杂的 ,而遗传因素和母亲孕早期感染、服药、接触毒物等特定环境因素作用是其致病的危险因素。
Objective: To study the hereditary rule and the environmental factor of cleft lip and cleft palate. Methods: The clinical data of 384 cases of cleft lip and cleft palate have been analyzed. Results: 78 cases of cleft lip,102 cases of cleft palate and 204 cases of both cleft lip and cleft palate, of which 30 cases have the family history of hereditary disease, 123 cases have taken medicine during their mothers` early pregnancy. The rate of male and female is 1.56∶1. Conclusion: The factors of cleft lip and cleft palate is very complicated but the genetic factor, marther early pregnant infection, taking medicine, touching narcotics and other specific environmental factors may be the risk factors which result in cleft lip and cleft palate.
