妊高征胎盘组织的病理改变

Placental Pathology of PIH

目的 观察妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )胎盘组织病理改变 ,探讨妊高征胎盘缺血缺氧的病理基础。方法 采用HE染色法观察正常胎盘 30例、妊高征胎盘 2 5例的病理表现 ,比较出妊高征胎盘的病理改变。结果 与正常足月胎盘比较 ,妊高征胎盘中细胞滋养细胞明显增生 ,滋养细胞下基底膜增厚 ,绒毛间质纤维蛋白沉积 ,合体细胞结节增多 ,合体细胞出芽 ,发生纤维素样坏死的绒毛增多 ,绒毛血管增多 ,绒毛大部分不成熟。结论妊高征胎盘组织发生细胞滋养细胞增生等改变是其胎盘缺血缺氧的病理基础。

Objective: Observing placental pathology of PIH. And to discuss the adaptation response of villous trophoblast to ischemia and hypoxic conditions. Methods: Control group was consisted of thirty normal pregnancies. Study group was consisted of twenty-five women with PIH. The placental pathology of PIH was observed by HE staining. Results: The histologic abnormalities of placentas from women with PIH are characterized by a villous tree exhibits prominent cytotrophoblast proliferating, basement membrane thickening, syncytiotrophoblast knotting increasing, syncytiotrophoblast budding, villus's fibrinoid necrosis increasing, fibrin depositing, more villus blood vessel, and most villus immature. Conclusion: These results suggested that The histologic abnormalities of placentas from women with PIH is the adaptation response of villous trophoblast to ischemia and hypoxic conditions.
