性传播疾病与输卵管妊娠的PCR分析

The association between sexually transmited diseases and ectopic pregnancy by polymerase chain reaction analysis

目的 探讨性传播疾病与输卵管妊娠是否具有相关性。方法 采用聚合酶键反应 (PCR)技术 ,检测输卵管妊娠石蜡包埋标本中 ,沙眼衣原体、淋球菌和解脲支原体DNA。同时、用HE染色观察组织学改变。结果 4 1例沙眼衣原体DNA阳性 (41/133,30 % ) ,淋球菌、解脲支原体DNA均为阴性。 91例输卵管粘膜下见有浆细胞浸润 (6 8% ) ,4 1例沙眼衣原体阳性标本中 ,4 0例见有浆细胞浸润。浆细胞浸润的分级与沙眼衣原体感染是否阳性无相关性 (P >0 ,0 5 )。结论 输卵管妊娠的标本中存在沙眼衣原体感染 ,性传播疾病与输卵管妊娠具有相关性。

Objective: To investigated whether sexually transmited dieseases is associated with ectopic pregnancy. Methods:Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)、 Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(NG) and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from 133 cases embedded in paraffin specimens of tube pregnancy.Sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin for histopathologic evaluation. Results: Positive amplification of CT-DNA was observed in 41 cases(41/133.30%) and NG-DNA、UU-DNA were all negative. Plasma cell infiltration in the fallopian tube subepithelial was noted in 91 cases with ectopic prgnancy(68%) , 40 cases of 41 with CT-DNA positive was identified plasma cell infiltration.Among case both CT-DNA positive and negative did not associated with grade of plasma cell infiltration in tubal mucosa(U=1.15 P >0.05). Conclusions: C.Trachomatis infcation was identified in fallopian tube with ectopic pregnancy. Sexually transmited diseases was associated with ectopic pregnancy.
