摘要
分析了低熔点双组分合金填料性能、聚合物材料的结晶性、相对分子质量、极性及成型加工温度对填充体系的力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金的性能对材料有很大的影响,聚合物相对分子质量高、结晶性好、非极性与低的加工温度不利于材料性能提高。通过分析与实验选出了优良的第3组分配方,该配方改善了填充体系的力学性能。
The effects of different metal fillers, crystallization and relative molecular weight and polarity of the
polymer and processing temperature on the mechanical properties of the material filled with material were
studied. Results suggested that the alloy filler imposed great impact on the material. High relative molecu-
lar weight, crystalline, unpolar polymer and low processing temperature were bad for the systeots mechan-
ical properties. The third component was obtained to improve properties through analysis and experi-
ments.
