摘要 考察了硫化剂种类及用量、橡塑比和PVC的相对分子质量对NBR/PVC热塑性弹性体(TPE)耐油性能的影响。实验结果表明,TCY(三聚硫氰酸)硫化体系制备的NBR/PVC的耐油性能最好,TMTD(二硫化四甲基秋兰姆)体系次之,酚醛树脂和硫磺2种体系最差;TCY的用量越大,TPE的耐油性越强,其最佳用量为 2.0份;橡塑比中 PVC所占比例增大,TPE的耐油性下降;增加 PVC的相对分子质量,TPE的耐油性明显提高。 The influences of the types and amount of curing agent, the ratio of rubber to plastics and relative mo- lecular weight of PVC on the oil resistance of NBR/PVC thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) were investigated. The experimental results showed that the oil resistance of NBR/PVC cured with trithiocyanuric acid(TCY) was best, TMTD took second, phenolic and sulfur were worst. The more the amount of TCY was, the better the oil resistance of TPE was. The optimum amount of TCY was 2. 0phr. The oil resistance of TPE came down when the proportion of PVC in the ratio of rubber to plastics was increased. The oil resistance of TPE was obviously improved when the relative molecular weight of PVC was increased.
