摘要
南水北调中线工程即将实施,大规模的调水将极大地改变汉江的水资源总量及其过程的分配,对汉江中下游的工农业用水和生活用水产生很大的影响。位于丹江口水库下游的襄樊火电厂以汉江作为冷却水源,襄樊火电厂取水河段水资源量的大小及其分配过程,特别是设计年最小流量的分析计算成果是决定火电厂规划容量和供水方式(直流或二次循环)的重要依据。由于长江委等有关水利部门的水量平衡计算是以旬为计算时段的成果,本文针对火力发电厂有关规范要求,在有关资料的基础上对襄樊火电厂取水河段设计年最小流量进行了分析计算,此成果可作为襄樊火电厂确定规划容量的依据。
The middle route project for south-to -north water transfer project will be about to apply, the water amount will be exchanged to the north area, and so the water resource amount and distribution will be changed. The Xiangfan power plant is located in the downstream of the Danjiangkou reservior in the Hanjiang river .After the project applied, the annual least discharge will be changed,and so the calculation of the design annual least discharge is necessary.
