摘要
在电力勘测设计中应用三维工厂设计系统是国际通行的方式。电力设计单位应用三维工厂设计系统,有利于提高工程设计质量,有效控制工期、投资,提高工程总承包的能力。通过对美国和日本多家大型电力咨询公司的考察,对比当前系统内的应用,从技术和管理的角度提出当前三维工厂设计系统推广中亟待解决的问题。如:设计软件体系规划,校省制度,软件开发的理念,相应组织结构和设计流程的重组,参与项目人员激励体制和生产管理及质量保证体系等问题。
It is common aboard to apply 3d plant design system in electric power survey design. The design unit applying 3d plant design system can benefit to guarantee the engineering quantity, valid control rate of work progress, availably control the investment, improve the EPC project management level. Comparing with the application of 3d plant design system in USA and Japan, we found there are still exist some problem should be concerned, for example: the application software system layout, quantity guarantee system, idea of software development, organization structure, workflow reengineering, operation management, inspiritment mechanism , etc.
