摘要
研究了轮轴嵌入部內、外侧裂纹的检测方法,给出了考虑材质差、常数补偿的裂纹径向深度计算方法,设计了以单片机为核心的便携式数据处理装置。
The measurement method for crack detecting on insert part of both internal side and external side of axle is studied. The algorism for calculating the radial depth of cracks is given based on experiment results. The data processing device is designed using the single chip computer.
