摘要
在高炉操作中 ,高炉热状态的平衡是非常重要的。通过对高炉下部热状态的分析 ,提出采用理论燃烧温度与炉腹煤气量的积 ( Tf× Vb)作为描述高炉热状态平衡点的观点。采用人工神经网络对高炉下部热状态进行了预报 ,建立了平衡点与各重要参数间的非线性关系 ,并确定了适合高炉高产、低耗和稳定顺行的平衡点的值为1 .2 5℃· m3/ ( m in· t· m3) 。
