摘要 对影响电弧炉冶炼电耗的主要因素进行了理论分析 ,降低电弧炉冶炼电耗的基本途径是缩短冶炼周期。开发了改性生铁在电弧炉中的应用技术 ;优化了供电曲线 ,使有功功率超过变压器额定功率的 80 % ;在 10 0 t交流竖式电弧炉应用冶炼周期综合控制理论 ,使得电弧炉冶炼周期平均为 4 1 min,生产率超过每吨炉容量每年 1万 t,冶炼电耗平均为 2 2 2 k W· h/ The main factors affecting power consumption on EAF are theoretically analyzed It is pointed out that the key way to reduce the power consumption is to shorten the tap to tap time of EAF process The use of modified iron in shaft EAF has been developed and active power over 80 % of transformer capactity was realized by optimization of power supply regime Then the average tap to tap time of 41 min, the annual productivity per ton capacity more than 10000 t and average power consumption of 222 kW·h/t were reached with application of integrated control theory on 100 t AC shaft EAF process in Anyang Steel
