摘要 通过对薄板坯高温变形奥氏体再结晶和未再结晶区变形的有效控制 ,在包钢 CSP生产线上成功地解决了含 Nb钢的混晶问题。利用 Nb、Ti复合微合金化技术成功地开发了汽车冲压结构用高强度钢带 QSt E380 TM。分析表明 ,开发的含 Nb钢带具有优异的韧性和成形性能 ,其性能完全满足汽车车箱纵梁。 The grain mixed zone in Nb microalloyed strip produced by CSP can be eliminated by heavy deformation at elevated temperature for recrystallization of the cast dendritic austenite, followed by sufficient deformation given in non recrystallized region of austenite for obtaining a refined ferrite grain microstructure .In this way the QStE380TM strip mircroalloyed with Nb and Ti for truck beam was developed. It was shown that the hot rolled strip has homogeneous microstructure, good toughness and formability . The properties of the strip satisfy the requirements of punching and assembling of the vertical and transverse beams of truck.
