摘要
结合硬度测试及显微组织分析 ,对国产塑料模具钢 3Cr2 Mn Ni Mo与 ASSAB71 8钢的切削加工性能进行了对比性研究。结果表明 :新型 3Cr2 Mn Ni Mo钢的加工性能较好 ;组织不均匀和非金属氧化物夹杂的存在是3Cr2 Mn Ni Mo钢的切削加工性能略次于 ASSAB71
By hardness test and microstructure analysis, the workability of prehardened die steels 3Cr2MnNiMo and ASSAB718 for large die for plastics were compared The results show that the new 3Cr2MnNiMo steel has better workability However the inhomogeneous microstructure and many non metallic oxide inclusions make the workability of the steel lower than that of ASSAB718 steel
