摘要
利用过程集成的方法 ,对球团竖炉的干燥带进行了热量和质量衡算 ,根据球团竖炉利用系数的定义 ,考虑了影响球团竖炉利用系数的关键因素 ,建立了球团竖炉利用系数与竖炉结构及操作参数的定量关系式 ,得到球团竖炉利用系数与干燥床与焙烧带的面积比以及冷、热风与球团矿的热流比呈正比 ,导风墙与干燥床面积比与冷却风与球团矿的热流比之比至少为 0 .1 6 2 4 。
The heat and mass balance of drying bed in the pelletizing shaft furnace was evaluated by process integration The relation of utilization coefficient of pellet shaft furnace with operating and design factors was derived with the consideration of key factors Results indicate that the utilization coefficient is directly proportional to the ratio of drying bed area to that roasting zone, to the ratio of roasting gas and cooling air heat flow to that of pellet, and the ratio of air duct area to that of drying bed to the ratio of heat flow of cooling air to that of pellet should at least be 0 1624 to confirm the normal air flow and to avoid the fluidization of pellets The key factor effecting air flow through the bed of pellets is pulverization of pellets
