摘要 轧机机型的选择是建设冷连轧机时需首要考虑的问题之一。首次系统地阐述了机型的含义及其选型理论和原则 ,定义了评价轧机板形控制性能的 7项指标。利用建立的有限元仿真模型 ,详尽分析了当前国际上流行的冷轧机型 (如 HCW、HCMW、U CMW、CVC4、CVC6、DSR和 PC)的板形控制性能。在此基础上 ,提出 1 80 0冷连轧机的最佳机型配置方案 。 The choice of mill type is one of the most important considerations as a new tandem cold rolling mill is to be built. The definition of mill type, principles and theory of choice are described firstly and systemically and 7 items, which are used to evaluate the mill performance in shape control, are defined. Additionally, the several typical cold rolling mills, which are popular in the world nowadays, such as HCW, HCMW, UCMW, CVC4, CVC6, DSR and PC, and their shape control performance are analyzed with established finite element model then, the optimum mill configuration of 1800 tandem cold mill is obtained.
