非淋菌性泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏结果分析

Analysis on Human Genitourinary Tract Mycoplasma Infection and on the Pathogenic Sensitivity to Antimicrobial Drugs

目的 :了解非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)在宁夏的感染情况以及对药物的敏感性。方法 :对 4 95例疑为NGU门诊患者的生殖泌尿标本进行支原体培养及药敏试验。结果 :支原体培养阳性 193例 (38 99% ) ,Uu阳性率为 2 8 89% ;Mh阳性率为1 0 1% ;Uu +Mh阳性率为 9 0 9%。对强力霉素、美满霉素最为敏感 ,敏感率分别在 84 97%和 80 83% ;其次为交沙霉素和克拉霉素 ,敏感率分别为 76 6 7%和 76 17%。司帕杀星、壮观霉素、罗红霉素、阿齐霉素敏感性差 ,只有 6 8 9%、6 8 9%、6 1 6 6 %和 5 8 5 6 %。结论 :支原体为非淋菌性尿道炎的主要病原体 ,对多种抗生素已产生耐药性 ,临床诊治前应尽可能做支原体培养及药敏试验。

Objective:To investigate human genitourinary tract non-gonococcus infection situation and to detect the pathogenic sensitivity to antimicrobial drugs. Methods:Four hundred ninty five suspected non-gonococcal-infection patients were enrolled and their urinary tract discharges and cervical secreation specimens were collected and cultured to isolate and to identify specific germs. Antimicrobial drug sensitivity tests were performed on microdilution plates. Results: The ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(MH) infection positive rates were 38.99%. Among them the positive rates of Uu、MH and Uu+MH were 28.89%,1.01% and 9.09% respectively. Doxcycline and Minocycline showed most effective to the mycoplasmas, their sensitivity rates were 84.97% and 80.83%. The sensitivity rates of Josamycin, Clarithromycin, Spafloxacin, Spectinomycin, Roxithromycin and Azithromycin were 76.67%,76.17%,68.90%,68.90%,61.66% and 58.56% respectively. Conclusion:The ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis are the major germs causing non-gonococcus infection of human genitourinary tract. Since the mycoplasma has shown the varying resistance to some antibacterial drugs, drug sensitivity to Uu and Mh should be detected before being chosen and applied clinically.
