摘要
提出采用高韧性球墨铸铁(简称ADI)在奥氏体温度下渗硼,然后等温淬火的复合处理工艺来解决ADI齿轮接触疲劳强度较低的问题。经过大量试验,确定了球墨铸铁齿轮的渗硼及等温淬火工艺参数。经复合新工艺处理后,可获得层深70μm,组织为单相Fe2B的渗硼层,而齿轮内部基体组织为塑韧性良好的上贝氏体+残余奥氏体组织,满足齿轮工作条件,为扩大ADI齿轮的应用提供试验依据。
A new comprehensive heat treatment technique of boriding and isothermal quenching is proposed for ductile iron in this paper.The contact fatigue strength of ADI gear is increased.The boriding and isothermal quenching technological parameters for ductile iron gear are defined after many experiments.The single phase boriding layer of Fe 2B with depth of 70?μm after the comprehensive heat treatment and the upper binate and residual austenite core metallography of the gear can meet the operation requirements,providing test evidence for the application of ADI gears.
