摘要
介绍了用光度半自动催化法测定Hg(Ⅱ)和氰化物的新方法。当存在Mn(Ⅱ)时,过氧化氢氧化水扬醛鸟苷酸腙的氧化反应可用于指示滴定终点,Mn(Ⅱ)作为催化剂(滴定剂)EDTA作为抑制剂。
A new determination method for Hg(Ⅱ) and cyanides is describea by means of new photometric semiautomatic catalytic titratiom. Oxidation reaction of salicylaldehyde guanlhydrazone by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Mn(Ⅱ) , which acts as a catalyst (titrant), is used to indicate end-point in the titrations. EDTA is used as inhibitor.
