紧张型头痛的肌电图研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 紧张性头痛的发病机制尚未明确,目前认为与中枢性和周围性因素均有关系。肌电图检测技术的发展为紧张型头痛的病理生理机制研究提供了新的依据,并可作为紧张型头痛诊断和鉴别诊断的辅助手段,其中外感受抑制试验有助于紧张性头痛中枢机制的研究及其诊断。
