应用下腔静脉滤器预防肺栓塞再发

Insertion of inferior vena cava filter to prevent recurrent pulmonary emboIism

目的 评价下腔静脉滤器预防下肢深静脉血栓脱落导致肺栓塞的效果和安全性。 方法 在 4 8例因下肢深静脉血栓脱落导致的肺栓塞的 2 1例患者中置入下腔静脉滤器作为置入组 ,余为对照组。 结果 在 3个月～ 3 7个月的随访时下腔静脉滤器置入组无一例发生肺栓塞 ,对照组中有 3例再发肺栓塞。 结论 下腔静脉滤器置入术是预防肺栓塞的安全有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of inserting inferior vena cava filter to prevent the recurrent pulmonary embolism due to detachment of thrombus in deep vein of lower extremity Methods 48 patients with pulmonary embolism were divided randomly into two groups,21 patients placed Inferior vena cava filters as the treated group,others as the control group Results A following up period lasting 3～37 months showed no recurrent pulmonary embolism in treated group but in control group 3 cases reoccurred pulmonary embolism Conclusion It minght be an effective and safe technique to prevent recurrent pulmonary embolism that the inferior vena cava filte was implanted in patients with pulmonary embolism
