Determination of silicon in ferroalloys by alkali fusion-potassium hexafluorosilicate titrimetry

在银坩埚中以KOH于 60 0℃熔融试样 ,以氟硅酸钾滴定法测定试样中硅。方法具有简便、快速、分析成本低的特点 ,已用于铁合金中质量分数 1%以上硅的测定 。

The sample is melted with potassium hydroxide at 600 ℃ in sliver crucible, then silicon in the sample is determined by titrimetry with potassium hexafluorosilicate. This method is rapid,simple and low cost. The method has been used for the determination of more than 1% silicon in ferroallys. The accuracy and repeatability accord with the demands of national standard.
