输尿管子宫内膜异位症(附4例报告)

Ureteral endometriosis (report of 4 cases)

目的 :探讨输尿管子宫内膜异位症的诊断和治疗。方法 :报告4例输尿管子宫内膜异位症的临床资料 ,复习相关输尿管子宫内膜异位症报道。结果 :国内26例 (包括本组4例 )输尿管子宫内膜异位症病人 ,就诊时24例出现患侧腰背部疼痛或不适 ,其中3例与病人月经周期有关 ;10例出现血尿 ;4例月经紊乱、痛经。结论 :需要提高对输尿管子宫内膜异位症认识 ,以便对患此病病人早期诊断 ,及早期治疗。

Objective: To determine the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral endometriosis. Methods:4 cases of ureteral endometriosis were reported, and the literature of ureteral endometriosis was presented. The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of ureteral stenosis due to endometriosis was reviewed.Results:The(24/26) patients due to ureteral endometriosis presented low-back pain or disorder. During the treatment associated with endourology, The outcome was excellent with low postoperative morbidity.Conclusion:Only a high index of suspicion may help to reduce the number of alarming nephrectomies associated to this condition.
