大环内酯类抗生素的不良反应分析

Analysis of macrolide antibiotic adverse reaction

目的 :探讨大环内酯类抗生素的不良反应及用药安全性。方法 :将1671例大环内酯类抗生素的不良反应按新老品种分成二组进行对比分析。结果 :新品种的不良反应除肝损害外其它均小于老品种。结论 :新品种的抗微生物作用增强 ,不良反应减少 ,但应警惕临床应用中的肝损害。

Objective: To study the macrolide antibiotic adverse reaction and safety of drug application.Methods:According to the division of old and new groups of macrolides,adverse reactions of 1671 cases were analyzed.Comparison of ADR of two groups were performed.Results:The adverse reaction in new group was mild than old group except the hepatic damage.Conclusion:The therapentic effect of new macrolide antibiotics is obvious and adverse reaction is lower,but it is important to guard anainse the hepatic damage in clinical treatment.
