丙戊酸钠相关性肥胖与血清激素水平关系探讨

The relationship between valproate-associated obesity and serum hormone level

目的 了解丙戊酸钠相关性肥胖癫痫患儿血清激素水平的变化情况。方法 按患儿服用的不同抗癫痫药 (AEDs) ,将 6 6例癫痫患儿分成丙戊酸钠治疗组和非丙戊酸钠治疗组 ,在丙戊酸钠治疗组中 ,至治疗后 6个月时 ,按所计算的肥胖指标 (BMI)情况 ;又分成肥胖组 (即丙戊酸钠相关性肥胖 )和非肥胖组 ;同时 ,分别在治疗前、治疗后 1,3,6个月测定早晨空腹血糖、餐前血清胰岛素 ,以及血清雌二醇、睾酮的水平 ,并进行分析比较。结果 丙戊酸钠相关性肥胖组与非肥胖组 ,以及与非丙戊酸钠组相比 ,血清胰岛素从治疗后 3个月开始差异有显著性 (P值 <0 0 1) ;而血糖、雌二醇、睾酮的水平则无变化。结论 丙戊酸钠相关性肥胖癫痫患儿血清胰岛素水平升高。

Objective To study the relationship between serum hormone level and valproate-associated obesity in epileptic patients. Methods Based on the different use of antiepileptic drugs(AEDs), 66 epileptic children were divied into valproate group and non-valproate group. After 6 months of treatment, patients in valproate group were divided into obesity group(valproate-associated obesity) and non-obesity group, based on the different body mass index(BMI). At the time before and after one, three, six months treatment, fast blood glucose, serum pre-prandial insulin, and estradiol and testosterone level were measured. All data are analyzed by statistical methods to calculate the P value. Results Compared to the valproate-associated obesity or non-obesity and none valproate group, after the 6 months treatment,there was a serum insulin statistical different after three months treatment (P<0.01), but there was no change found in serum estradiol and serum testosterone level. Conclusion Serum insulin level rises patient with valproate-associated obesity.
