小儿假单胞菌肺炎的临床特征与药敏试验 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨小儿假单胞菌肺炎的临床特征与病原菌的耐药情况、防治措施。方法 分析 4 3例小儿假单胞菌肺炎的临床资料与药敏试验结果。结果 小儿假单胞菌肺炎与一般细菌性肺炎相比临床特征无明显差异 ,假单胞菌肺炎的病原菌主要为铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽黄假单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌 ,均对常用抗生素耐药 ,而对环丙沙星、泰能、头孢他定等抗生素较敏感 ,敏感率达 6 9 8%~ 88 4 %。结论 假单胞菌肺炎临床上难与一般细菌性肺炎鉴别 ,假单胞菌耐药率高 ,须积极防治。
